Need Help with Metal gear solid V:The phantom pain

So i downloaded the game from SteamRIP but for some reason when i launch the exe nothing happens,it doesn't even show up in task manager. I tried running it as administrator, downloading newer vcredist files but nothing seems to work.

My specs are:

I5 8350U

Uhd 620 integrated graphics

8gb ddr4 dual channel

Windows 11 pro
