Looking for room for 3-4 months until get place of own. $1500 Budget no preference currently on location.

Moving to NYC in September, hoping to find a room for a few months until get settled. ~1500/month budget, preferably looking for furnished but open to the right room. No preference on location at the moment. Dates would be Sept 15 to Nov/Dec 15 which ever you can manage.

Have posted on SpareRoom and other sites but no luck so far finding something.

36M working in public service out of the state. Quiet and clean but enjoy meeting new people, basically an outgoing introvert. Have 800+ credit and savings to cover the stay.

Enjoy bar trivia, board games, hiking, and cinema.
