how to clear blocked sinuses? it is driving me crazy.

for context i am 18, male,5’7, 65kg and have no medical issues. i have contracted tonsillitis about 5 days ago and with that my nose has been completely blocked. i have had to breathe through my mouth this whole time and have tried countless methods to clear my sinuses, but nothing works. please could someone give me the best way to clear them. for context my nose is completely dry and no mucus is coming out no matter how hard i blow my nose, even though my nose is bubbly when i breathe through it. here’s a list of things i have tried. breathing in hot steam, menthol crystals, vapo rub, sudafed pills and pushing water through my nose. it has not effected any other part of my face and is just my breathing. i am very desperate to find a solution. thank you
