How to clean and get urine out of couch cushions?

My alcoholic ex-boyfriend urinated on my couch while sleeping, and unfortunately it soaked into the cushions. I’m moving in about six weeks and plan to take this couch with me, so I’d really like to save it if possible.

The cushion cover unzips, and the yellow foam completely separates from the cover. ChatGPT suggested soaking the foam in water (since it’s a pretty bad stain), then using an enzyme-based urine cleaner. It also recommended washing the cushion covers with laundry detergent and a cup of white vinegar.

My biggest concern is drying the covers. Can they safely go in the dryer, or is air-drying the better option to avoid shrinkage?

Also, does anyone have recommendations for enzyme cleaners that actually work on old urine odors? Any other tips for getting the smell completely out would be greatly appreciated.
