OTC deals?

I am onboarded as broker for a VC syndicate and we do OTC deals from our syndicate with L1 SPV setup of size around $250K-$10M.

If there’s anyone who can help me connect with Hedge funds and PE firms I will have a white paper written to pay 0.5% of the deal size for you.
