Looking for a supernatural thriller in which a witch or succubus drained the life force from a young woman.

I remember one scene fairly clearly. In a large, spacious room that looked like a loft, there was an ordinary, unremarkable man, a young woman, and another woman. I think the man had brought the young woman there. They were talking about something. Then the woman walked over to the young woman, leaned slightly over her, and seemed to drain her life energy (I don't remember what special effect was used, if any). The young woman didn't age or shrivel up—she simply fell back lifeless onto a couch or an armchair. The woman was most likely a witch or a succubus and appeared to be the main antagonist.

I also remember that the witch had a rough-looking, intimidating assistant. He was a different character, not the man who brought the young woman. He had a separate scene in which he made love to another woman. Afterward, he carried her body away over his shoulder. All of this took place indoors.

The scenes I've described weren't key scenes or part of the ending—they just happened to stick in my memory.

I watched this movie a long time ago, on late-night Ukrainian TV sometime in the 2000s. It was most likely a B-movie with adult scenes, similar in style to Embrace the Darkness and Sorceress II: The Temptress, and was probably made in the late 1990s or early 2000s.

I've already checked all of the Embrace the Darkness, Witchcraft, and Warlock movies, as well as Embrace of the Vampire, Sleepwalkers, Lifeforce, which are often recommended to me on other forums, along with many other movies.

If this sounds familiar but you don't remember the title, please share any other information you remember about the movie (other scenes, character, the main plot). Thank you in advance.
