PSLF

I just received a letter from stuentaid.gov saying one of my PSLF months (6/2024) is now ineligible due to "Missed Payment, Delinquent Not Defaulted." But I paid, and have email confirmation of this. I was on the old Mohela website at that time, and my payment before my account was transitioned to the new Mohela account.

Anyone else have a similar issue? Why is this becoming an issue 2 years later.. How do I fix this?
