DELAYED SAHOD? JO/COS

Help, nag overthink na ako.

For context, im a fresh grad and first time job seeker, marami na akong na na applyan this past weeks, waiting nalang for their reply (if mag rereply ba talaga) and most of the job na in applayan ko is Job order (JO) now marami rin ako nababasa na usually pag COS or JO delayed ang sahod (may iba daw 3 months delayed) wala pa benefits.

For my case, I'm currently in the province, region 6, and most ng inapplayan ko sa manila pa. Now with this information, Parang maski ata ma hire ako, hindi ko kaya mag take risk na mag relocate pa manila with that kind of set up na delayed ang sahod. (I have savings naman, and budget for relocating, pero not enough for waiting 3 months for salary once na mg start na ako work)

Sa mga JO or COS jan, ano ang reality for your salary? Kase parang mas secure ata if mag cc nalang ako dito samin.
