Repeat request late?

Placed a repeat request at 8:30/9am this morning and it hasn't been approved yet before the 2:30pm cut off... Emailed twice to ask if it can be approved before the cut off (usually works!) but I haven't heard anything back, and it's now passed 2:30pm... And the item I wanted to order now says out of stock while it's still pending 🥲🥲 I'm with medicann
