Question about fika slabs

I see some people have received theirs and I'm worried mine might have got lost in transit. The shop app doesn't show any tracking and I tried to email love but the email was automatically blocked. Just wondering what I should do. I don't really know how to get in touch with him, I'm off social media except reddit.
