Housing insurance for CROUS

Hi, i am an exchange student in france for the automn semester of 2026/27

I was sucessful in getting a logement CROUS and in order to complete my dossier locatif I need to get a housing insurance.

However, the housing insurance recommended to me by the university is paid only by year (which makes no sense since i will be staying for 5 months) and the others that i have researched ask for data that i have no idea (how much meters the whole building has, if i am staying in the first floor)

Does any one have a insurance to recommend?
