PureGym app and disappearing gym visits

You know how the app keeps track of visits? It keeps doing this thing where ten of the visits just disappear. It's happened three times since the spring, and for a dopamine-loving streak-creator like me, it's a super bummer. The people who work at my gym know about it, but they've not gotten any useful response from the people in charge. I've emailed 'customer service' (hahahaha) about it, and it's a dead end. Anyone else?
