Barters For New Weapons on Non SSNL Profile [Discussion]

I bought the entire Battle Pass which includes the QBZ and the Howa. Are these still quest locked or are these available immediately after unlocking them in the BP? I checked my PVP profile and didn't see them. Any help is appreciated.
