Just got mine from simple reset ,anyone else

Mine just came in do y'all chew/dissolve or swallow? I dissolve my 7 so was wondering if I need to do the same with sr.i ate a piece of cheese n chewed a tablet up it tasted good lol but was curious wat the right way was
