I've been vegan for about four years now. Last year I decided to try keto on top of that, mostly because I wanted more energy and better focus during the day. I did not expect it to make my life so much harder.

Turns out almost nothing exists for someone who is both vegan and keto. Every vegan recipe I found was full of rice, beans, potatoes, all the stuff I now had to avoid. Every keto recipe assumed you eat eggs, cheese, butter, chicken. I spent months just scrolling TikTok and YT Shorts, saving recipes that looked incredible, then realizing I could not actually make a single one without swapping out half the ingredients and guessing at the rest.

At some point I got tired of doing that math in my head every single day. I would save a recipe, forget about it, then have to relearn the substitutions from scratch next time I wanted to cook it.

That frustration is basically what pushed me to spend the last several months building something for myself. It is called Plateful. You save recipes from TikTok or other platforms into it, and it rewrites them to match your diet, so if you are vegan and keto like me, or just one of the two, it handles the substitutions for you instead of you doing it manually every time.

I built this mostly to solve my own problem, but if you have been in the same boat, or just wanna try it out, please feel free to check it out, I uploaded it to play store.
