What's the earliest I could be "showing"?

I'm 11 weeks, have gained 5-6 lbs but feel like my stomach is visibly larger already. Is it possible to be showing this early? It would make me feel better if it's the pregnancy but I worry it's because I've been eating everything in sight haha.
