Balcony View Choice

Hi everyone! Moving to my first apartment, and I’m trying to decide between apartments. The first one is in a building a little more secluded/away from the other apartments with the balcony view being a street view/entryway to the apartment. The second one is the building close to the interstate so potential to be pretty noisy but the balcony is a little more private right next to the retention pond. What would you go for? I’ll be on the second floor.
