Can affiliated students access the central and cyber library

There is this scanning system where we have to scan from the namaste bhu app in central lib. Can a affiliated student scan and enter it. Anyone from affiliated cllg who has gone there pls let me know.

Or else is it possible that I login using my friends acc who is in main campus and enter the lib.

I just want to check it out once...
