I need help please 20/m 19/f am I the bad guy?

My girlfriend of 8 months was upset that my aunt has this aid that helps her drive and clean the house. Well my aunt needs help to get a dresser and nightstand from my aunt's grandfather well my girlfriend was angry at my aunt for having her aid with her she went off on me and my family that was there even her own well she told me we were over and left. Now she also has a nicotine addiction and she is overweight has horrible anxiety won't take her medicine for it and can hardly breathe awake let alone asleep. Now I'm wondering what is happening to this woman that i love so I get into contact with her mother and tell her what happened and that she vapes and I think it has something to do with it. I asked her mom to try to set up a meeting to be there so we can work together to fix this. Well my girlfriend ended up going though her mom's phone without her mom's approval and seen the messages now she absolutely hates me even more because I told her mom am I the bad guy did I ruin this?
