Questions about sexual health

Hey guys, so I am writing to you to figure out what’s going on with me. I am anxious about this and my doctor’s appointment is two weeks away.

I am a 34 yrs old man. I recently had unprotected sex with another guy (condom during anal and without during oral).

Two days later, my dick started to get super itchy and i noticed some kind of rash where I had red spots on it. I also noticed that a clear discharge was coming out of my uretra, which really scared me. I have no trouble urinating, nor ejaculating, but its still freaking me out. The only symptoms i have are the itchiness (its less irritated then this weekend) and the discharge from my penis. While it was clear, it getting more yellowy with a bit of brown (see pics)

So yeah Im freaking out and im really hoping its not an STD. Do you guys had a similar issue before?
