Hello, first time ko mag-post dito and gusto ko lang sabihin na grabe yung community na ito - napaka good vibes and inspiring !!!!! One of the best talaga. So, maglalakas loob na rin akong i-share itong nabasa ko lately...

May mga naglaro ba ng M.A.S.H. (mansion, apartment, shack, house) nung elementary or high school dito? 🥹 yung mag dr-draw ka ng circle na pa-spiral tas ikukuwenta mo kung ano raw yung magiging future mo (sino magiging asawa mo, ano trabaho mo, etc.)

I've read The MASH Up by Laura Marie Meyers a month ago already, and I still can't stop thinking about it !!! Sobrang clever ng premise - after a breakup, our FL (Ruby) wakes up inside this M.A.S.H. game she filled out back then and has to navigate the life her 12/13 yr old self imagined. It was very funny, nostalgic, and has the right toucj of magical realism. It was quite grounded kasi it touches on the dreams we let go of, the lives we dreamed of versus the lives we actually ended up living, and whether it's ever too late to choose differently. Sobrang refreshing kasi walang toxic dynamics or drama-for-the-sake-of-drama na nakaka-frustrate. If you like millennial nostalgia, strong female characters, brother's best friend, witty banter, and stories about growing up & wondering about the roads not taken, I think there's a good chance this book will hit you right in the feels 🫰🏼

I also have this habit of making Spotify playlists whenever I completely fall in love with a book, so I ended up making one for Ruby & Penn too. 🌸 If anyone's interested, you can check [this](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5s3LDcJQkOeny7u4mMrjcf?si=AWOSIpBaQCGOhbcM1v38fA&utm_source=copy-link&pi=yh4hPzCmRnarO) out 🙈 Let me know if ganun din kayo, I'd happily listen to your curated book playlists hehe.

And the best part???? I shared it with Laura, and she was so sweet because she actually replied with a few songs she listened to while writing, plus another one that now makes her think of Penn. 🥹 So I updated the playlist with her recommendations too 🧚‍♀️

I'm really hoping more Filo readers discover this one. Tara sabay tayo mag fangirl kung nabasa nyo na / rin 💗💗💗
