Found a great deal on a 2023 MBZ EQS that has depreciated 80%—talk me out of buying it.

I am going to sell my PHEV that will cover about 50% of the purchase then I will finance the rest leaving me a small payment.

What might go wrong? Has anyone had any experience driving, buying or selling these cars?
