Anybody else tracking their conversion rates for Application to Referral to Interview to TJO?

Things are definitely more competitive right now, so I like to track the data. I was selected for my current GS-12 position in December 2023. That took 44 applications, although I had 2 offers and was applying indiscriminately.

I started applying for GS-13 positions in May. I have 24 applications in. Of those 8 are still receiving applications.

Of the remaining 16, I was NOT referred on 3. I have interviewed for 6. A handful haven't sent out referral emails yet. No offers yet, but I feel that 6 of 16 is a pretty good conversion rate for getting interviews. By the numbers, I am mentally prepared to need 50-60 applications this time.

Anybody else tracking their stats and want to share them?
