I just got robbed by this game

I took a 3-week break from this game due to constant issues. Yesterday, I played poorly, but today I did amazing, yet the first match wasn’t counted. The next match counted, which is typical of the game’s unpredictability. I initially left because I kept being matched with leavers, and the last match I played 3 weeks ago involved elo trapping, which led to their ban today. It took them 3 weeks. My question is the rp going to show up for that first match or is it just gone?
