I think I’ve been having focal seizures

As the title states, I think I’ve been having focal unaware seizures for about the last six months.

Before anyone yells at me, I have been scheduled to see my doctor in about three weeks.

I might have had about ten separate “episodes” across the last six months where at random, I’d experience sudden confusion, fear, and an uncomfortable tingling in my lower body. I don’t actually have a clear memory of what happens during those times, but afterwards I feel really ill and i have to find somewhere to sit down.

Only one has ever been witnessed by another person, and he said it was like I had just frozen up. He thought I might have been trying to speak to him because my mouth was moving, but no words were coming out. I’ve decided to seek a medical opinion because last week, one of these instances interfered with my job.

I also feel like I could just be overreacting. I’m already dealing with a chronic illness and have spent my life with doctors undermining my concerns. I suppose I’m just looking for someone to tell me that I’m not crazy.
