Best Office Chair for advice for ischial bursitis (Sit Pain)?

Hoping that someone can help me choose a good office/home chair to ease my sometimes intense pain when sitting. Have had this for years, sometimes its just an annoyance but other times it is an intense pain and I will have to walk it off. I have a sit/stand desk at home but would really like to get a better chair and fed up with the buy cheap buy twice.
