Asking about WizzAir

Hello everyone,

I am a citizen from Balkan (South-East Europe) and I want to know more about WizzAir careers, because recently I have applied for a Cabin Crew job.

I have been invited for a recruitment day and if someone could help/ share information about my questions below:

1. What occurs in during recruitment day, what kind of test, questions, scenarios or challenges and interview questions?

2. Are they professional regarding the contracts and salaries? Do they delay the payments, if so what’s your experience or what have you heard?

3. What are the benefits working for them and what are the disadvantages?

4. What is the base salary for a person that has no experience in Cabin Crew/ Steward (for Balkan region)?

5. How are the shift hours? Long, flexible, short, fixed or they call you anytime?

6. How respectful is the management or the team leader?

7. Are you expected or requested to do extra things/ duties while working on your shift that do no belong in Cabin Crew responsibilities?

8. What are the chances for promotions or career shift inside the WizzAir?

9. Are they professional overall or they just pretend to be meanwhile they enslave the workers?

I would be really grateful if someone could share/ help with any experience about these questions.
