do i have lymphoma

f21 i’ve been experiencing extreme fatigue for the last few months, random itching spells on my legs that cause me to bleed. my doc ran tests yesterday and the results came back last night. my MPV was 13, and my platelets have been steadily dropping the last 6 months but still in normal range. this morning i notice a lymph node under my jaw is significantly larger than the one on the other side. do i bring up concern for lymphoma?
