Is sirmaur actually worth it?

See, i got admitted to sirmaur, and i have 96.56 cs in jammu, and it is my wold guess that i could get into that as well . Now the thing is that even if i get both colleges, i will still be taking a loan, and in the case of jammu, i will leave after 3 years to have some work ex, for which i have to search for a job off campus. Now I am confused between whether to do ca with a local college with minimal fees and then go for targeting the older iims after ig 5-6 years(if i work as a ca for a year or so) or should i go with a loan to these colleges?
