Does VIT secretly blacklist students who try for 2× CTC companies after getting placed?

Hi everyone,

I know that VIT officially allows students who are already placed to sit for companies offering 2× their current CTC.

However, I've heard some people say that VIT may unofficially (shadow) blacklist or de-prioritize such students because the placement office wants more students to get placed.

Is there any truth to this? Has anyone personally experienced this or knows someone who did?

I'm looking for genuine experiences from recent batches, not rumors. Thanks!
