Need help with mod parts

When i was a kid i always wanted one of those worker nerf guns i always saw on yt but never knew how to mod anything and had no money. recently found my old retaliator and went onto workers website but after googling stuff for a couple hours i still am so confused because i cant find any decent info that actually explains everything.

I dont want half darts, and i want to use the worker pump action kit. from what ive gathered i should get that, the metal bolt sled, a 7kg spring and a catch plate (and i have also read that i need a new catch spring but also the whole thing just looks like a new trigger?). but there are also different plunger tubes and rods and its my understanding that if i get better plunger stuff i can also up the spring to a 9kg. the website descriptions are god awful and i feel like every time i answer something i just get two more questions. i am very good at tinkering with all sorts of crap so the actual modding i am confident with, its just understanding what the different parts is doing my head in.

If anyone can just clear this up for me i would appreciate it, i understand that half darts is probably better than spending a lot on full size but i have disposable income these days and just want to do it this way. thanks you! :3
