Best Incest Patches?

I've only recently gotten into AVN's and adult games this summer, and my incest kink has really been satisfied by games like Demon Deals and Five of a Kind. These games make incest an organic part of their naughty, farcical plots, and their taboo dialog and nuanced tones milk the best out of the hot moral dilemmas that truly scratch that itch for me.

However, I'm slowly accepting the reality that games like these are few and far between given puritanical policies imposed by financial institutions. While I am grateful for the void filled by incest patches, I often find myself disappointed by the “search & replace” feel that many provide. For instance, merely replacing the word “landlady” with “mother” in dialogue text feels superficial when there aren't any other layers to it, such as augmented taboo dialogue during sex scenes or using the word “mommy” at times rather than “mom” or “mother”.

Can anyone recommend any games with incest patches that they felt were particularly high quality?
