VDV Shturm - Multipurpose Tool that shouldn't be the case or cost more

Is there any particular reason why these are, afaik, one of the only 'Line Infantry (as in you can bring a LOT of them)' that has Multipurpose Launcher Capability (carrying both AT and Anti Infantry Warheads) when AFAIK only the Assaultmen Smaw (which you can bring 4 off) also get this?

VDV Dsh were already used in abundance before, now it feels like anything I ever notice while playing is waves of VDV Shturm slamming into any position.

I am arguing that a LOT more Squads (both sides) should get this capability, or only 'Specialists' that come in limited availability.
