Payments on one loan marked ineligible

As the title says, one of my loans all of a sudden is showing 3 payments that are marked as ineligible despite being previously marked as eligible. I was previously on autopay and I am certain those payments went through on time.

I did have a late payment on June 2026 but that was correctly fixed for 3/4 loans (since the ruling about late payments didn’t go into effect until July 1st) but it is still showing an ineligible for one of my loans.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue with one of their loans acting up but the others showing a mostly correct payment count?

Also, my July 2026 data isn’t even showing up for any of my loans. This is similar to what happened back in June 2025 when Mohela didn’t send over peoples payment info for that month.
