Hi FACEIT team,

My ticket **#14154203** received an automated reply ("ban correctly issued"), so I am reaching out here to request a manual human review.

I am not asking for my penalty to be removed, but rather reporting a **ban assignment error** caused by an ID verification mix-up between my two profiles:

* **Main Account (**[Ac-E](https://www.faceit.com/en/players/Ac-E)**):** \~2200 ELO | 4000 CS hours | Verified with my real legal ID → **Permanently Banned**
* **Alt Account (**[YHK\_](https://www.faceit.com/en/players/YHK_)**):** \~2400 ELO | 1000 CS hours | Verified with my girlfriend's ID → **1-Month Ban**

Because `YHK_` was verified under a different identity, the automated system treated it as an independent user's primary account and permanently banned my actual main account (`Ac-E`) as the "smurf."

I created the secondary account solely so I could solo queue on my own rather than playing with my regular group of friends on my main with zero intention to smurf. I fully admit to creating the secondary account and ackowledge that it violated the terms. I take complete responsibility for the mistake, I guarantee that I will follow the rules and play exclusively on my main Ac-E moving forward.

However, I am asking for standard FACEIT policy to be applied: **permanently ban/delete the secondary account (**`YHK_`**) and move the temporary multi-account penalty to my primary account (**`Ac-E`**).**

Could a staff member please review Ticket **#14154203** and correct the ban assignment?

Thank you!
