FA’s hired in their 40s, 50s, and 60s?

I used to work as a FA in Europe in the late 1990s, and am interested in reapplying after years as a professional in the US and Asia. I speak 2 languages, and have many years of experience in customer service. What are the chances to get hired being a bit “older”? I heard great things about United, and that they are open to all ages as long as all other requirements are met. Secondly, how long are you with United, and does it become easier? What are your experiences as someone in the higher age bracket? Thank you so much in advance for your interest.
