Feeling guilty for Mom Day Out??

Please give me some advice or perspective on this! I am really struggling with this decision and feel like there is no good answer.

I have the opportunity to put my 10 month old in a mom day out program. It would be 2 days a week, 9am to 12pm. I am putting my 2 year old in because she is asking for socialization & is definitely ready. Putting my 10mo old in would be purely selfish to have time for myself.

I had 2 under 2, moved across the country recently, husband travels a lot for work. I have zero village, and not a single friend or family here. It has been so long since I had a hobby I don't know what I would do with the time, assuming I didn't spend it unpacking the house or cleaning or taking a nap.

I feel incredibly guilty. My youngest has not gotten much one on one time, because 2 under 2. I never get to read him books, or play with just him, or cuddle him for more than 5 seconds before my toddler needs me.

I feel incredibly guilty if I put him in the program as well and don't spend that time nurturing him the way my oldest got to be nurtured. We could spend time at home together, or we could do swim class, library, etc. All the things he has never gotten to. I feel guilty that my job is a sahm, and I'm pawning my baby off to someone else. He's a baby, he just needs mama.

But I also feel like this is my only opportunity for a "village". My husband is gone a week to month at a time. This would be my only chance at "time off", or ability to go to an appointment for myself. And if I don't take this opportunity, I don't have a right to complain about being tired/needing a break haha.
