Does a chargeback affect your score?

My credit score has been between 830 and 850 (max) for years. Very very consistent. But I just checked today and it’s 798.

I mean, I won’t have to be talked off the ledge or anything because it doesn’t really matter, but nothing at all has changed. No inquiries, no payment history change, no new debt, no closed cards, nothing. But then I remembered I did a chargeback for an automatic subscription charge for AMC stubs program that i told them not to renew. Does that impact your score?
