Anyone here working at AMEX GBT

Hi everyone. Just wanted to ask if anyone here is currently working at AMEX GBT (American Express Global Business Travel)? I know it’s different from American Express, so I’m hoping to hear from people who work there or have recently gone through the hiring process.

I received a verbal offer last Tuesday, but I still haven’t received my written offer or them asking me to submit any pre-employment requirements, and it’s honestly making me a bit anxious. I already sent HR a follow-up email today, but I haven’t gotten a reply yet. Last week they were pretty responsive, so the silence is making me overthink.

Has anyone here experienced the same thing? How long did it take for you to receive your written offer after the verbal offer? Or is anyone else who recently applied still waiting for their written offer?
