UHT Dispute

Bought a property in 2022 and didn’t realize UHT filing was required. When I did, filed in late 2025 and got a notice saying I owed thousands.

I sent a dispute and a separate relief package a month ago and haven’t heard back - so not sure what the process is.

Own the property with a parent but I contributed nothing to it. When I filed, said I was a Bare Trustee by Action but they still charged me.

In the process of removing myself from this property. Both of us are Canadian citizens and property was rented from day 1. Neither of us ever lived there.

Any idea of what I should be expecting?
