How is everyone feeling post-horrid air quality?

Info Request

I’m in southern Delaware, where AQI reached nearly 300 a couple weeks ago from the Canadian wildfires. I was in and out of my car all day those two days quality was at its worst. That exact day I developed a severe tickly cough, and I’ve since had intermittent congestion, runny nose, postnasal drip, and coughing fits. My lungs sounded clear at urgent care and I’m seeing my regular doctor tomorrow. I’m not asking for a diagnosis—just wondering whether anyone exposed to the same smoke has had symptoms linger for a couple of weeks and what their recovery looked like.

I had asthma as a kid, otherwise healthy. I do vape which I’m planning to address at my visit tomorrow as well. A horrible habit I need to give up on and need help with.
