Getting kicked out after waiting in queue

Hello everyone, I have an issue, when I go to the site and after waiting in queue for a while, I get to the screen where it tells me to launch the game and when I click on in the page closes, it's been happening since yesterday. Just wanted to know if it's something that's happened to anyone.

Thanks in advance.
