What to focus on now?

I made it to w6 a little while ago, but I don't know what to do to get my damage up to par. My strongest character does 4b damage, but I am now at Mama Trolls and cannot fathom that amount of health. I know my alch needs work and stamps, but I am working on those... Slowly...
