become HCPC registered with non IBMS accredited Bsc degree

Hi everyone, I recently graduated with a BSc Biomedical Sciences (non-IBMS accredited) and i am with 2 year graduate visa. I am planning to become HCPC registered and working in NHS laboratory.
I am wondering if anyone did IBMS top up modules and how long does it take to complete them. And also it is possible to working and studying at the same time.
I am lost in between applying to private companies or NHS since I need visa sponsorship for long term. I would really appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thanks !
