Hello, I'm a student indie game developer from South Korea.

The horror game I'm currently developing has just reached around 680 wishlists!

This is a game where you must complete a mission and escape in the dark, relying solely on the limited visibility provided by your flashlight beam.

I've been working on it since early 2024. As a student, I had to balance development with my studies, so it took quite a while. It is a solo-developed project made with Unreal Engine 5.

Regarding the wishlists, I actually haven't done much heavy marketing. I've mostly just posted on Reddit and a few other communities.

However, I did consistently update my capsule image and trailer. I constantly looked for better designs, created them, and updated the store page. I think I've changed them more than 5 times since the page first went live.

I also uploaded videos to YouTube, but the views were abysmal, so that probably wasn't the main driver.

One day, I got about 100 wishlists in a single day. To be honest, I still don't know the exact reason. Someone might have recommended my game somewhere, or it could have been the Steam algorithm doing its thing. Moving forward, I plan to try various other methods to gather more wishlists.

The full game will be released sometime after November, and a demo will be available in October.

Currently, I am preparing for a demo beta test. If you are interested, please consider applying through the link below!

Also, below is the Steam store page for my game. You can find more details there, and it would be a massive help if you could add it to your wishlist!
