Why won't it work?

Since CurseForge doesn't have the "more leaf particles" mod i decided to install it from Modrinth first and then drag it into CurseForge's mod folder.

I looker things up first to check if Modrinth was compatible with Curseforge and apparently, it was but it won't work for me.

Can someone help me figure out what's wrong?

My profile uses Fabric 0.19.3 and it's for the 26.2 version of Minecraft.
