I never thought I would write something like this, but I truly don’t know where else to turn.

I am from Iran, and my brother Mohsen Hadi has been in a vegetative state for the past 8 years after a severe car accident when he was just 26 years old. He is now 34.

For all these years, my family has been taking care of him at home with everything we have. We never gave up on him.

Recently, his condition has become much worse. He is suffering from severe bedsores, and his situation requires urgent and continuous medical treatment. It is extremely painful to see him like this.

The cost of his care is around 600 million IRR per month, which is far beyond what we can afford. Because we are in Iran, we also face serious limitations with international payments and access to support.

We do have medical documents available to prove everything.

I am not asking for large amounts. Even small help, advice, or simply sharing this post could make a difference for my brother.
