Farming Forest Wood

Hello there :)

I’m on my second play through and last time I pretty much dipped when the quests were over so my farming was very basic and the whole lot look horrible.

This time, I wanna really get into it. Nice cozy farm with lots of decoration. The only thing that I find mildly annoying is that I haven’t really found a lot of forest wood? And I just had to use about 100 of it to get to Ariacotta Canyon, but most of the stuff I wanna build with Marlos is from the forest biome and specifically requires the wood from there.

Has anybody a solution for my problem? Or do I need to grind and look for loose wood in the forest?
