Need suggestions for interest-free business funding in Pakistan

How can I finance a small business expansion without taking an interest-based loan?

My business partner and I have been running a lead generation business for some time now. It started as a side hustle while we both had full-time jobs, but Alhamdulillah it has grown to the point where we're earning around PKR 300,000/month Alhamdulillah, so we've recently transitioned to working on it full-time.

Currently, our team works remotely, but we're considering renting a small office so we can have a few people work on-site and scale more efficiently.

After budgeting everything, our estimated startup cost is around PKR 525,000, which includes office rent/deposit, basic furniture and equipment, and a couple of months of salary reserves.

Problem? We don't have that kind of money right now, so we are actively looking for a loan but since banks won't offer loan without interest and we are not doing that, what other options do we have? If we take a loan from someone, we will return that in the period of 10 months in the form on monthly installments comfortably.

If you faced similar situation, I need your recommendations, advises, anything of help is open and appreciated.

P.s I heard about AKHUWAT, are they reliable? I spoke to them and they said 1st. We don't give out loans to partnered businesses. 2nd the maximum loan they can give is 1 lac.
