Need Advice. Starting business as a 23M.

Hi!

I am 23 years old, and I am planning on starting a small business for myself.

My parents aren't very involved with me and I've been able to save a capital of 3L in FDs and have a 10L worth apartment which my grandmother had gifted me.

I am based in Kolkata and am very much interested in starting my own business and I am looking for advice from the respected entrepreneurs of this Subreddit.

I have decent experience in marketing (Both online and offline) and research but I wish to better my sales skill as well. I am thinking of renting/leasing a space and starting a small store (stationary or something). I don't think how good an idea that is, but that's the best i could come up with that fits my budget.

If anyone here can guide me if there's anything better that I can start or something venture I can consider that might have a better growth trajectory in the long run, I'd love to know.

TLDR:

Starting capital is 3L liquid and at best 5L extra from a loan against property.

Industry no bar. I want to learn and work hard and get into a trade that I can learn/get better at with some growth opportunity. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Any tips and guides are also appreciated. Many thanks!
